Objective of session to to allow for players to be creative through various sessions incorporating the technical and physical attributes needed when striking the ball in various situations on the pitch. The drills are designed to be fun, competitive and demanding from a speed of play perspective.

Organization:
- 20x20 grid
- Objective of drill is quickly get through the mini course and learn how to strike the ball under pressure on goal.
- Divide players into 2 groups, add a goal plus a GK (can do without)
- On coaches command the first two players sprint to first cone and then second cone. The coach will then play a ball between the two cones.
- First player with ball will try to take a shot on goal.
- Team with most goals wins.
Coaching Points:
- Shooting Technique: part of foot
- Accuracy before power
- Follow through
- Speed of Play = fast

Organization:
- Create a 20x20 grid - adjust the size of the grid depending on the size, skill set, and # of players.
- Every player will have a ball
- First player in RED will dribble with speed un-obstructed to goal and shoot on net, once shot is taken RED player must defend BLUE teams goal immediate..
- Once RED player has taken shot, BLUE player is released and will attack his goal across from him.
- Play is continous as attacker becomes defender each series.
Progressions:
- Introduce GK
Coaching Points:
- Speed of play = Very quick (no stopping or turning)
- Go directly at defender
- Use both feet to finish
- Don't forget to defend and track back

Organization:
- Make a 30 x 25 yard grid, smaller if less players
- divide the group into 2 equal teams of 5 + GK required
- make the teams rotate GKs every 4 mins.
Progressions:
- One touch finish are worth 2 goals
- finishing with non-dominant foot worth 2 goals
Coaching Points:
- speed of play = fast (where possible)
- decision making
- attacking mentality
- team defending (everyone is behind the ball when it's lost)
- game management when in possession (don't simply kick it away)
- urgency to score when behind

Organization:

Procedure:
- players race through 4 stages of the obstacle course performing a variety of fundamental skills (i.e.: forward/backwards running, skipping, hopping, bear-crawls, frog jumps, lateral shuffles etc.)
